Exec? What do you want the world to know about him?
Frank Barr: Complex The Exec
is my performer’s name. It describes the many facets of my
personality and purpose; positive, a leader, loving, charismatic,
artistic, and an entrepreneur. This is the name I go by as the
performer of the music, videos and audio provided by my multimedia
company Complex Inc.
I want the world
to know that I am called by the Lord, and fear me.

Frank Barr: Complex Inc. is a
multimedia company providing music, video, and audio; giving Love and
Inspiration to multicultural families.
Free Ambition: What are some of
the projects produced by Complex The Exec.?
Frank Barr: Currently I am
running a crowd funding/kick starter campaign to complete the
production of my debut single, the hip-hop theme song of Washington
D.C., called “Home Run”.
Free Ambition: What inspired you
to become a business owner?
Frank Barr: I believe in being
free. 'Financially Independent'. Money is not more important than life,
but money is important to support life.

Free Ambition:What are some of
the obstacles you have faced, starting off as an entrepreneur?
Frank Barr: The biggest
obstacles I have faced is over coming the haters and doubters.
Communicating my vision to where people can understand it.
Free Ambition: How should we as
adults encourage youths to pursue entrepreneurship and build wealth,
rather than chasing a retirement pension?
Frank Barr: Teach them the
importance of business systems, biblical truth, and the creative mind
while they are in their formative years.
Free Ambition: The Black
community has seen a steady decline in charitable donations to Black
non-profits. What is needed to re-energize Black philanthropy as a
whole?
Frank Barr: Teach them real
education. I’m going to leave the rest to the imagination.
Free Ambition: Are there any
differences, good or bad, between Washington DC and Atlanta's
viability for a young entrepreneur of color?
Frank Barr: Washington D.C.
has its benefits and Atlanta has its benefits for entrepreneurs.

Atlanta is better
for those of color.

influential in your life, and inspired you to strive for success?
Frank Barr: My major
influences are my parents as well as other media and music moguls.

favorite music artist? Why?
Frank Barr: Michael Jackson he
was all around and the full package.
Free Ambition: What is your
personal fashion style?
Frank Barr: Fun, European,
Professional, and Eccentric.
Free Ambition: Where do you see
yourself professionally in a year?
Frank Barr: I see myself being
a multimillionaire with millions sold and souls being touch. I also
want to add a Maserati Quattroporte to that with a few other toys.

favorite entrepreneur? Why?
Frank Barr: God is my favorite
entrepreneur. Who else do you know could create the heavens and earth
so impeccable? He is a creative genius none the less.
